Refund and Digital Product Policy

Because files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, digital products are generally non-refundable once downloaded.

If a file is damaged, incomplete, or does not match its description, contact us within 14 days and we will repair the file or issue a refund.

Sessions cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time can be refunded or moved once at no cost. Late cancellations and missed sessions may not be refundable or rescheduled.

For multi-session programs, unused sessions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis before the halfway point.

When physical items are available, unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged.

Use the contact page with your order number and a short description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method.
