Sessions are educational and practical. They do not provide legal, financial, immigration, therapy or regulated employment advice.

Available appointment times and the delivery format are shown before purchase. Requests to reschedule should be made at least 48 hours before the session; each session can be moved once at no cost.

Sessions cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time can be refunded or moved once at no cost. Late cancellations and missed sessions may not be refundable or rescheduled. Multi-session program terms are shown before purchase.
